Winter’s frozen grip is loosening, the days and nights are equal length and it’s time to celebrate. On March 20th, the vernal equinox, Thistledown Farm invites you to join storyteller Fiona Eadie (www.fionaeadiestoryteller.com) in the café and stone circle, weather permitting, for an enthralling hour and a half of seasonal stories, myths and folktales.
Suitable for everyone over the age of 8 – adults without children as welcome as children with adults. The event will be mainly indoors although one story may be told outside, depending on the weather. Ticket includes a drink and a snack in the café (snack TBC).
Monday 20th March. Doors open 7.00pm; Stories begin at 7:30pm. £9 adults / £6.50 under 18yrs. Bring a cushion if you’d like!
Fiona is passionate about language and about bringing the spoken word to life. Like most storytellers, she works with stories that have come down to us through the oral tradition and delights in telling these face to face rather than reading from books or scripts.Book Now!
